When do I get my first bill?

At Trace Fiber Networks, we send all bills on the 15th of each month. We bill our services in advance, so your first statement may be higher than expected. This is because your initial bill includes one full month of upcoming service plus the remaining days of the current month after your installation date. After this first bill, your monthly statements will stabilize to your regular service rate.
